Making an Order
I have a discount code, where can I enter it?
All discount codes can be entered at the checkout payment page in the “Discount Code/Gift Card” field. The relevant discount will then be applied to your order. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to shipping.
I have a discount code and forgot to enter it at the checkout, what can I do?
Please get in touch with us - hello@amazingta.com.au with your order number and the discount code in question and we will endeavour to adjust your order total. Please note that it must be a valid discount code for your order.

My order is a gift, can you remove the invoice from the package?
Our packages are sent without a receipt/invoice and we email your confirmation email is your receipt.
My payment was rejected, what can I do?
Firstly, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies, then trying to place your order using a different browser. If you're still having trouble, we suggest using PayPal as an alternative payment method if your credit card isn't working as expected.
You don’t need a PayPal account to use it. You can still pay with a credit or debit card through the PayPal system.
If the issue persists, it may be due to your card not being set up for international transactions. In this case, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

I want to add an item to my order, is it too late?
The best thing to do is contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to combine your original order with the new item, and if possible, we’ll remove any duplicate shipping charges.

How can I use my gift card/store credit?
All gift card/store credit codes can be entered at the checkout payment page in the “Discount Code/Gift Card” field. The relevant amount will then be applied to your order. If the order total is less than the amount on the gift card/store credit the balance will remain and can be used on a future order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your confirmation email to give us the best chance to process the cancellation.
Please note: Once an item has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Do I receive an invoice?
Your email order confirmation also serves as your invoice.
