I have a discount code, where can I enter it?
You can enter your discount code at checkout in the Discount Code/Gift Card field. Valid discount codes will be applied to your order automatically. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to shipping.
I have a discount code and forgot to enter it at checkout, what can I do?
Please contact us at hello@amazingtropicana.com.au with your order number and discount code enquiry as soon as possible. If the code is valid, we’ll do our best to adjust your order. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to shipping.
My order is a gift, can you remove the invoice from the package?
Yes. Our packages are sent without a printed invoice or receipt. Your order confirmation email is your receipt.
My payment was rejected, what can I do?
First, try clearing your cache and cookies or placing your order in a different browser.
If the issue continues, your card may not be enabled for international transactions, so we recommend contacting your bank. If you need help, contact us at hello@amazingtropicana.com.au.
I want to add an item to my order, is it too late?
Please contact us at hello@amazingtropicana.com.au as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to combine your original order with the new item and, where possible, avoid duplicate shipping charges.
How can I use my gift card/store credit?
You can enter your gift card or store credit code at checkout in the Discount Code/Gift Card field. The amount will be applied to your order automatically. If your order total is less than the available balance, the remaining amount can be used on a future order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your confirmation email and we’ll do our best to help. Once an item has shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order. For cancellation enquiries, please contact hello@amazingtropicana.com.au.
Do I receive an invoice?
Your email order confirmation also serves as your invoice.
