Order Processing

We process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an expected availability date.

Australia-Wide Delivery

Free Standard Delivery: Available for orders over $100. This option will appear at checkout automatically.

Standard Delivery for Orders Under $100: Shipping costs are based on the destination and total order weight, starting at $7.50. 

Delivery times depend on your location. As we operate from Port Douglas, regional delivery may take a little longer.

International Delivery

For international orders, we ship via Australia Post. Shipping charges are based on packaging, total weight, cubic size, and destination.

Shipping Options

Economy Air Mail: The most affordable option, but no tracking is available. Allow at least 12+ business days for delivery, with longer times for remote areas.

Standard Air Mail: Includes tracking (available in most countries). Estimated delivery is 8+ business days, depending on your location.

Express International Post: Includes tracking (available in most countries). Estimated delivery is 5+ business days, depending on your location.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, peak periods, or unforeseen disruptions.

Tracking & Delays

Tracking is provided for all Standard and Express deliveries. You’ll receive your tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, incorrect delivery addresses, local transport issues, peak periods, or external disruptions like extreme weather or postal strikes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery.

We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or declare inaccurate values, in compliance with Australian export regulations.
