Shipping policy
We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia and to selected international destinations; NZ, UK, EU & Canada. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
For orders shipping to the United States, please email hello@amazingta.com.au before placing your order so we can confirm the total shipping cost and any required prepaid duties, tariffs or taxes.
Recipient contact details
Australia Post requires accurate recipient contact details for domestic parcels. Please provide a valid email address and/or Australian mobile number at checkout. This allows Australia Post to send delivery updates and notify you if your parcel is waiting at a Post Office or Parcel Locker.
Order processing
- We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an expected availability date or to arrange an alternative.
- Orders are shipped from Port Douglas, Queensland. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer.

International delivery
For international orders, we ship via Australia Post with tracking. Available services, costs and delivery estimates vary by destination, parcel size and weight.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, peak periods, local delivery delays, weather events, postal disruptions or other issues outside our control.
United States orders
Orders shipped to the United States are currently subject to import duties, tariffs and taxes. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
US customers should email hello@amazingta.com.au with their order before checkout. We will confirm the total international shipping cost and any prepaid duties, tariffs or taxes. Your order will then be processed offline and shipped to you.

Tracking and delays
Tracking is provided for Standard and Express deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by email.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, incorrect delivery details, local transport issues, peak periods, extreme weather, postal strikes or other disruptions.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, tariffs or clearance fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery if required.
We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare inaccurate values, as this would breach Australian export requirements.
