Thank you for your purchase from Amazing Tropicana Australiana. If you're not happy, please let us know so we can make things right for you.

Notes to remember

  • Amazing Tropicana Australiana does not cover the postage costs of return sales unless the items supplied are faulty or damaged. When it's a faulty or damaged return, we will reimburse your postage costs. Please choose carefully.
  • Please remember to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning your item. Our team members are not responsible for proving your purchase. You must supply the proof of purchase, which our team members can validate.
  • Items damaged by you or in any other way are not considered to be faulty.
  • Goods are deemed faulty if you receive the item in a damaged condition or when a manufacturers fault has occurred.
  • Please be careful opening your parcel as no returns will be accepted when the purchase has been damaged by you.
  • We’ve tried to ensure that the colours of our products and garments are accurately represented online. But your screen may display colours differently simply because computer monitors vary or manufacturers may do a larger print run, which may produce slight variations in tones and shades, particularly with our bamboo shirts.
  • Eligible returns will be processed back to the original method of payment. If we are not able to do this, we will provide you with a store credit. The card will be valid for three years from the date of issue. It can be used online or in-store for a future purchase.

Faulty or Damaged

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty you must contact us immediately in writing at helloozaboutoz@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, with an accompanying photo of the faulty/damaged item. At which stage will we arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

All returns for change of mind items need to be returned within 3 days of receiving the item. 

  • Unused, unworn and in the same condition as at the time of purchase 
  • Your item must be in the original packaging and with tags
  • You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item(s).

Exceptions to what will be accepted as a change of mind:

  • Sale items
  • Jewellery
  • Underwear
  • Food 
  • Skincare
  • Gift cards & e-gift cards
  • Custom orders where products were specifically ordered in for you

All change of mind items are at the discretion of Amazing Tropicana Australiana.

You will be offered a refund or a store credit for change of mind purchases, not including the original freight charge, once the product is received back at Amazing Tropicana Australiana.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to land in your bank account.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Postage (or Shipping)

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs if you want to exchange an item. Postage (or shipping) costs incurred by you are non-­refundable by us.

We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
