The design is the work of the Aboriginal artist Patricia Nakamarra Oldfield. The colours depict the natural landscape Yuendumu, with ‘watiya’ (trees), ‘marna’ (grass), ‘kuyu’ (animals such as emus and kangaroos) to hunt, and ‘miyi’ (edible plants) to gather.
The shirt itself is a mix of 65% bamboo fibre and 35% cotton which cuts out 98% of harmful UV rays. The addition of cotton ensures that the fabric is hard wearing.
Hate ironing? Then after a cold machine wash, drip dry on the line in the shade and let your body heat drop any creases out whilst wearing!
In terms of fit, if you're busty we recommend going up a size.
